LUMINA AI - CHATBOT Terms & Conditions

Article 1: Definitions

'User' shall mean a person who uses the services of the LUMINA AI Chatbot.
'LUMINA AI Chatbot' shall refer to artificial intelligence chatbots created, developed and trained by LUMINA AI.
'Chat Conversation' shall mean a dialogue between User and LUMINA AI Chatbot through an input field provided on this website.

The services of the LUMINA AI Chatbot are intended for personal use only. Any commercial or public use of these services is strictly prohibited.
Users may not transfer, lend, lease or sell their access to the LUMINA AI Chatbot to third parties.

The data provided by users during the conversation will be stored and processed only for the purpose of providing the services. This means that no personal information shall be used for any commercial purposes or shared with third parties without explicit permission from the user.
LUMINA AI reserves the right to store conversation logs for a certain period for chat-bot functionality. Logs can be permanently deleted by use through every chat-bot interface.

The data exchanged between the User and the LUMINA AI Chatbot shall remain confidential. LUMINA AI shall ensure that all necessary measures are taken to prevent unauthorised access to this data.
Users agree that they shall keep in confidence any information or knowledge gained during their conversation with the LUMINA AI Chatbot, and not use it for any other purpose without permission from LUMINA AI.

The intellectual property rights of all content created by the LUMINA AI Chatbots belong to LUMINA AI. This includes but is not limited to images, videos and text messages produced by these chatbots.
Users shall not use or exploit any materials or ideas obtained from their conversation with the LUMINA AI Chatbot for personal gain or for commercial purposes without explicit permission from LUMINA AI.

The services of the LUMINA AI Chatbot are provided 'as is' and 'as available'. LUMINA AI shall not be liable in any way for any damage or loss resulting from the use of these services, including but not limited to any emotional distress.
LUMINA AI does not guarantee that the content produced by their chatbots will meet Users' expectations, nor do they guarantee its accuracy or reliability.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union. Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Georgia.

LUMINA AI reserves the right at any time to modify or amend these terms and conditions without notice.
The amended or modified terms and conditions shall apply from the date they are published on this website. If you do not agree with any changes made, you should stop using the services of the LUMINA AI Chatbot.

These terms and conditions constitute a binding agreement between User and LUMINA AI. This agreement can be terminated at any time by either party, with or without cause respecting a one month notice period.
Upon termination, all obligations arising from these terms and conditions shall cease to apply, but not the liability for damages resulting from the use of these services, nor the confidentiality reagrding information or knowledge gained during their conversation with the LUMINA AI Chatbot.

These terms and conditions represent the entire agreement between User and LUMINA AI regarding the use of the services provided by the LUMINA AI Chatbot. No other agreements or representations shall be binding on either party except as stated in this document.

By using these services, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to abide by all terms and conditions outlined above.
